Nature's Classroom - Cowan's Eagles
Location: Environmental Education Center (EEC), Campground Cabin 1(may be moved to the                  Campground Commissary depending on attendance)

Guest Speaker: Bill Schieman

Naturalist Mandy is being joined by a special guest for this Nature's Classroom. Bill Schieman is an Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist and the Vice President of the Friends Caring for Cowan Lake. He also participates in Bald Eagle surveys in our region and is coming to share his expertise and adventures with us here at Cowan Lake. Join us to learn the history of Cowan's eagle pair and about the eagle population in SW Ohio.

The Nature Center will be open before the talk from 11am to 2pm. Please feel free to arrive early and take a tour.

This talk will be indoors, however we can sometimes see and hear the eagles from the cabin area.
