Mr. Wahoff’s primary focus is health and safety law, including workers’ compensation, OSHA, Ohio VSSR, and intentional tort litigation defense. He has vigorously represented employers at several thousand administrative hearings, and numerous court cases, including jury trials. He also has significant experience representing employers in labor negotiations and federal and state court employment litigation, including retaliation, hostile environment, harassment, discrimination, age, race gender, FMLA and ADA cases.
