Finding a way to relax is no longer an option for many of us - it has become imperative for our personal health and the health of our relationships. And with the holiday season upon us, it's even more necessary that we find ways to de-stress and relax every day.

Please join us for a very special virtually interactive Economic Network Alliance with Sue Hanna and Tammy Reed from Main Street Yoga Center, as they share tips from the yoga traditions on how to calm your system and release stress.
