SUMMARY:August Wilmington Clean-Up
DESCRIPTION:Our August Wilmington Clean-Up will take place on Saturday (August 24) at 9:00am. We will be meeting at the Office/Maintenance Garages at Sugar Grove Cemetery. From that location\, we will be creating teams who will be tasked with fence painting\, litter removal\, and other activities in and around the cemetery.  All supplies will be provided\, and all participants will be required to sign-in and complete an event waiver.\n\n \n\nVolunteers are encouraged to sign up early\, so we can get a head count of participants\, you can do so on the form located here- https://forms.gle/BH5pC3Q5VRZGQo58A\n\n \n\nThis is a rain-or-shine event\, so please dress for the weather. There will be a variety of tasks to choose from and all ages and skill levels are welcome! If you have any additional questions\, please let me know. Feel free to forward this information on to other interested participants.\n\n \n\nThanks to your participation\, since its start in 2021\, Clean-Up Wilmington has hosted 44 events\, had 670 participants\, and have collected 503 bags of trash and debris from our city. Thank you all for continuing to clean with us.\n\n \n\n**If you are participating in this event to go towards your community service hours\, please let me know during sign-in.**
