DESCRIPTION:Proceeds to benefit the Wilmington High School Cross Country Team\n\nOnline registration go to www.runsignup.com\n\nOnline registration closes Thursday\, August 9\n\nSame day registration available\n\n\n\nRace Features:\n\n	Optional water slide at finish line\n	Post race beer and breakfast\n	Free Kona Ice for all race particpants \n	Kids (14 and under) participating in the kid's run will recieve a plushie Sandy Bottoms\, the race's official mascot! (Kids 14 and under in the 5k get a t-shirt)\n	T-shirts for all 5k participants\n	$5 from each entry will go towards a split pot drawing that will take place after the Tribute Equine Nutrition Grand Prix. The Grand Prix starts at 3:00pm where 3 winners will be drawn by runner's number. Winners must be present at drawing to collect prize.\n	Runner's packets will have coupons to local businesses\n	Dr. Nicole Goddard of Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine\, serving as the official race physician will be speaking about "the importance of a good cross training program for injury prevention" on race day at 8:30am in the Paddock Club\n	Dr. Erick Mersch of Rohlfs Chiropractic Care will offer sport stretching before and after the race in the Paddock Club\n	3 DIFFERENT RINGS OF TOP NOTCH HORSE SHOW COMPETITION AS WELL AS THE TRIBUTE EQUINE NUTRITION GRAND PRIX TO WATCH!!!
