There will be a social hour from 4PM - 6PM with a formal ribbon cutting in conjunction with the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce at 5:45PM. The Elks 797 is located at 2593 Rombach Avenue\, Wilmington\, Ohio 45177\n\n\n\nThe open house/social hour is open to the public\, and will feature light appetizers and refreshments\, and a cash bar. Renovations to the lodge include the bar and restaurant\, Full Swing Golf Simulators\, and new outdoor patio. \n\n\n\nWhen: Wednesday\, June 9th\, 2021\n\nTime: 4PM   6PM Open House\, Ribbon Cutting at 5:45PM\n\nWhere: The Elks 797\, 2593 Rombach Avenue\, Wilmington\, Ohio 45177\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Elks 797 will also be hosting their 90th Annual Charity Party on Saturday\, June 19th\, 2021\, beginning at 5:30PM. Recognized as one of the Elks' finest social gatherings of the year\, the 2021 party theme is a "beach party\," and will feature a luau-style dinner\, musical entertainment from Willow Bend Music\, dancing\, and a charity auction.  This event is open to the public with walk-in guests welcome dependent on space availability. All guests are invited to come dressed in beach attire.\n\nThe charity benefiting from this year's event is "Sleep in Heavenly Peace\," which provides beds and bedding to children in need within our community. Party entry is $30 per person\, and table sponsors are $50 each. All donations\, door prizes\, and auction proceeds go directly to Sleep in Heavenly Peace.\n\nRegistrations and donations can be mailed to B.P.O.E. #797\, PO Box 469\, Wilmington\, OH 45177.
