DESCRIPTION:The Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce and the Clinton County Port Authority are continuing their three-part workshop series designed to help local small business owners and entrepreneurs strengthen their financial foundation and improve their chances of securing funding. The second session\, titled "Access to Capital\," will take place on Monday\, August 11\, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at Southridge Brewing\, 1030 S. South St.\, Wilmington.\n\nPresented in partnership with the Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Miami University Regionals and First Financial Bank\, this free\, in-person session will take you beyond the basics of creditworthiness and into the critical documents that help secure funding. You'll learn what's expected in a full loan package from tax returns to collateral support and how to use those tools to make a strong case for your business.\n\n\n	Understand the purpose of each key document in the lending process\n	Learn what your financials really say to a lender before you even speak\n	Get tips on how to prepare\, organize\, and present a professional loan package\n	Hear from real bankers\, advisors\, and entrepreneurs about common pitfalls and smart strategies\n\n\n\n\nA complimentary breakfast\, sponsored by First Financial Bank\, will be provided.
