The rebrand reflects not only a passion for coffee\, but a commitment to grit\, heart\, and the relationships that have shaped the business since its beginning.\n\nIn May\, The Grind will celebrate its 10-year anniversary in Goshen   a milestone made possible by loyal customers\, local partnerships\, and a deep-rooted dedication to community impact. Since 2018\, ownership has carried a vision for thoughtful growth while staying true to their founding mission.\n\nThat mission includes giving back in tangible ways. Three weeks of tips each month are donated to local teams\, families\, and causes in need\, while the fourth week supports staff members who generously make those donations possible.
