Festivities begin at 12pm with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce at their historic downtown location at 123 North South Street. Following the ribbon cutting\, there will be an open house until 4pm\, with a raffle prize and food truck\, Kutz Grill (formally Luna Grill).
