The ribbon cutting ceremony\, in conjunction with the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce\, will take place at 2:00PM. \n\n\n\nThe community is invited to visit with chiropractors\, Dr. Terry Shaffer and Dr. Robert Shaffer\, who will be happy to answer any questions about the benefits of safe and effective chiropractic care. WCWC looks forward to sharing their new location with the community. Dr. Thomas J.
