DESCRIPTION:Join us for Economic Network Alliance on Thursday\, March 1st\, at Hampton Inn & Suites\, 201 Holiday Drive\, Wilmington\, OH 45177.\n\n\n\nMindy McCarty-Stewart\, superintendent of Wilmington City Schools\, will be presenting "Challenges Facing Education Today."\n\n\n\nBreakfast is graciously provided by the Hampton Inn\, and a round table discussion will take place following the presentation. \n\n\n\nDATE:  March 1\, 2018\n\nTIME: 8:00AM Program\n\nLOCATION: Hampton Inn & Suites\, 201 Holiday Drive\, Wilmington\, OH 45177\n\n\n\nWith 22 years of experience in public education\, 9 of those in Wilmington\, Mindy McCarty-Stewart has proven her dedication to public education. Her early years as a Special Education Teacher at Upper Arlington Middle School and Wilmington Middle School\, were followed by 17 years in administration. She spent 11 of those years in administration at Mason High School\, 6 of those as Principal. She is currently the Superintendent of Wilmington City School District.\n\n\n\nMrs. McCarty-Stewart has strong leadership skills\, extensive experience in working with diverse populations\, and the administrative expertise to lead effective teams for improving student achievement and equity in education at WCS. She is a visionary leader\, truly invested in the success of this community and the students of WCS.
