Clinton County Community Action is partnering with the Ohio Department of Health to bring a Mobile Vaccination Unit to the area. \; The Mobile Unit will be providing services to include adult and pediatric COVID-19 vaccination and boosters for age 3+\, personal protective equipment (PPE)\, COVID-19 test kits\, and CORE-4 Screening Services for age 18+. \; The CORE-4 Screenings include A1C\, Blood Pressure\, Body Mass Index\, and Cholesterol Test). \; The units will be fully staffed and wheelchair accessible. \; No appointment is necessary for the COVID-10 vaccines but pre-registering is encouraged by visiting: \; https://gettheshot.coronavirus. ohio.gov/ \; Core-4 Screenings are walk-in only.

\nIn conjunction with this a Fall Festival lunch event will be provided at the Aging Up Facility located at 717 N.
