DESCRIPTION:Clinton Memorial Hospital is excited to announce that Achint Choksy\, MD is joining Glenn Rogers\, MD and Cynthia Bevan\, CNP at Pinnacle Primary Care and is now taking new patients!\n\n\n\nDr. Choksy received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Avalon University School of Medicine Netherlands-Antilles and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton\, Ohio. While in Dayton\, he started and co-directed the Dayton Ladder Program at Five Rivers Health Center\, a medical pipeline and mentorship venue for Dayton's underserved youth. Dr. Choksy is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.\n\n\n\nSave the date! We're welcoming Dr. Choksy to Pinnacle and the Wilmington community with an open house on Tuesday\, July 26 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. The Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce will help us celebrate with a formal ribbon cutting at 1:30pm. Join us for an opportunity to meet Dr. Choksy and the Pinnacle team!
