This facility had been in operation since 1992 and provided adult day care in a safe and supportive environment. \n\n\n\nThe new location will be at the Aging Up Center located at 717 N. Nelson Avenue\, Wilmington. The facility\, owned and operated by Clinton County Community Action\, is providing space within the center for the day-to-day operations. Families needing assistance with their elderly loved ones will now have the services available for a time of respite\, ability to work and maintain the things in life that they may not normally have while taking care of their loved one. The ADC will provide a safe and clean space\, hands-on experienced medical staff\, activities for stimulation and lunch with transportation services available.\n\n\n\nJane Newkirk\, CEO of Clinton County Community Action\, stated that the agency and the board of trustees is excited to work with Extended Family Home Health Services to once again make a service available that filled a need in the community for 28 years. \n\n\n\nIf you or someone you know needs these services\, please contact Extended Family Home Health Services at 937-768-1556.
