DESCRIPTION:Join the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce for an open house and ribbon cutting at Taylor's Tunis on Friday\, November 13th. The open house will take place from 10:00am - 7:00pm on both Friday\, Nov. 13th\, and Saturday\, Nov. 14th. The ribbon cutting will take place at 4:00pm on Friday afternoon. The open house will feature refreshments during the ribbon cutting and a 10% OFF any sale over $25.00 throughout the weekend.\n\n\n\nDate: Friday\, November 13th\, 2015\n\nWhere: Taylor's Tunis Farm\, 3250 S State Route 72 Sabina\, OH 45169\n\nWhen: Ribbon Cutting at 4:00pm on Friday\, November 13th\, Open House 10:00am - 7:00pm on Friday and Saturday\, November 14th\n\n\n\nTaylor's Tunis is a family farm operated by Bruce and Debbie Linebaugh\, as well as their two children and three granddaughters. The business started in 2007 with one market\, the Clinton County Farmers' Market\, with a little bit of "extra" produce. Now Taylor's Tunis is a frequent vendor at several different markets in our region. \n\n \n\nBoth Bruce and Debbie came from farm families and farmed while working full time jobs and raising their family. In 2013\, after 30 years of working\, they "retired" and officially started Taylor's Tunis. The name originates from Taylor being their first granddaughter and Tunis being the breed of sheep raised on the farm. Since its inception\, the farm has added other heritage animals such as Red Wattles/Large Black Hogs and Turkeys. They do not use antibiotics/hormones and feed all natural feed.\n\n\n\nIn addition to their market presence\, Bruce and Debbie have a farm stand at their home where they sell home-raised lamb\, pork\, chicken and beef (frozen cuts\, USDA requirement). They also offer free range eggs\, homemade chips\, soaps\, lotions\, jams/jellies and much\, much more! Their greenhouse/high tunnel allows the farm to provide fresh produce year around.\n\n \n\nThe farm stand is open Mondays Fridays from 10:00am to 7:00pm and on some Saturdays and Sundays during peak season.
