DESCRIPTION:The City of Wilmington and the Clinton County Trails Coalition cordially invite you to celebrate the Opening Day Ribbon Cutting of the new extension to the Luther Warren Peace Path on Saturday\, September 24\, at 9:00am in the city parking lot on Nelson Avenue.\n\nAfter the brief program\, the trail will officially open to the public. We invite you to bring your bikes or walking shoes to join us in inaugurating the new trail extension. A rain date is scheduled for October 1st.\n\nThe Luther Warren Peace Path (LWPP) Extension continues the existing LWPP from the current terminus at Nelson Road approximately 3.5 miles to the west and will terminate at Ogden Road (near the intersection with Beechgrove Road).\n\nThe purpose of Clinton County Trails Coalition is to build trails in Clinton County connected to the network of trails in Southwestern Ohio for the health and recreation of everyone.
