Apply now at azekco.com/careers!\n\n\n\nMAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN OPPORTUNITIES - MULTIPLE LEVELS AVAILABLE \n\nMaintenance Technician I   Starting at $22/hour\n\nMaintenance Technician II   Starting at $27/hour\n\nMaintenance Technician III   Starting at $30.50/hour\n\nMaintenance Technician IV   Starting at $35/hour\n\n*Pay based on experience and level.\n\n\n\nSchedules: 2/2/3 from 6:45am to 7pm or 6:45pm to 7am (night shift includes a 10% shift differential!)\n\n\n\nCore Responsibilities\n\nEnsures production lines and other equipment are maintained and able to run at all times\n\nAssists in developing and prioritizing work orders with Maintenance Manager\, Production Supervision and Line Leads\n\nCompletes work order requests as defined by Maintenance Manager\, Productions Management/Supervision\, and/or Operators\n\nSupports workplace organization programs (6S) and production efficiency programs (TPM)\n\nAssists\, coaches\, and trains operators in daily preventative maintenance (CIL) checks\n\nSupports and assists preventative maintenance process on the shift Contributes and assists in line commissioning after maintenance/process events\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh School Graduate or (GED) preferred\n\nAdvanced education and/or certification(s)\, a plus\n\nProven experience in working unassisted with & troubleshooting: Electrical\, Electronic\, Motor Controller Drives\, Mechanical\, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems\n\nStrong background in manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment\n\nWorking knowledge of extrusion process\, twin screw setup\, blending system a plus\n\nKnowledge of PLC Logic technology\, a plus\n\nAbility to read electrical & mechanical drawings\n\nStrong decision making\, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally\n\nStrong mathematical skills\; success in planning\, executing and managing projects\n\n\n\nCertifications & Licenses\n\nCompletion of two-year Maintenance Certification course\n\nWill meet qualification & certification requirements established by TimberTech's Training Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program\n\nStick and wire welding experience required with structural welding certification\, a plus\n\nForklift experience required with the ability to complete TT Forklift Certification program
