Beacon Wilmington Sports Physicals

Athletes going into grades 7-12 can receive their annual sports physical at this for event for $10, which is all donated back to the athlete's school. OHSAA forms must be signed by a guardian before the physical exam can be completed.
***First come first serve. Many show up early, which creates a long wait at the beginning. Consider arriving around 7pm if possible to avoid the back up.
