The Clinton County History Center (in partnership with WAMA - Wilmington Area Ministerial Association, the Wilmington Public Library, and other local organizations) is celebrating Black History Month throughout the month of February. Due to COVID19 pandemic restrictions, a large in-person gathering like last year's living history event on the stage of the historic Murphy Theater cannot take place. Instead, collectively we would like to provide the community with numerous national, state, and local resources to learn more about the importance of Black History Month and African-American culture.
