Participants will explore common ethical challenges and learn practical approaches to address these, ensuring that their decisions align with core values and organizational integrity. Through interactive scenarios and discussions, leaders will gain insights into creating a transparent and accountable work environment, promoting ethical behavior among team members, and resolving conflicts effectively. This workshop empowers leaders to build a healthy, principled workplace where ethical decision-making is the norm.
Wilmington College has graciously agreed to provide a light breakfast, so while there is no fee to attend, we ask that you RSVP by Wednesday, September 10, at https://bit.ly/RSVPSept16HR.
