Council on Aging conference prepares Ohio professionals to meet the needs of our region’s older adults
 
Registration is open for Council on Aging’s (COA) two-day professional development conference, Forum on Aging, presented by Global Meals. The conference is March 5-6 at the Sharonville Convention Center, north of Cincinnati.  
 
COA’s conference offers up to 12 CEUs for social workers, nursing home administrators, nurses, certified care managers and activity professionals. More than 400 professionals from across the state attend the conference to learn, network and be inspired!
 
The conference lineup – including three keynotes and 12 workshops – features topics curated specifically to meet the needs of Ohio’s aging network workforce: ageism; caring for the aging brain; fraud and scams that target older adults; understanding personality disorders; death and dying; Medicaid; Social Security; social work ethics; and much more.
