Cowan Lake Family Fishing Day

Come join us for the annual Cowan Lake Family Fishing Day at the Youth Pond on Father's Day Weekend. The pond is on the south side of the lake, off Yankee Rd. We will host a four-station First Cast Fishing Workshop. Those who complete all four stations will receive a new rod and reel and a voucher for lunch at Poppy's Hot Dogs and More. No fishing license is required on Father's Day Weekend. Bait will be provided by Fishing Pole Bait and Tackle. Loaner fishing poles will be available for those who need them. Poppy's Hot Dogs and More will be on-site, serving breakfast sandwiches and lunch. We hope to see you there!
