The Clinton County Foundation has been in our community for 37 years. Since that time, the foundation has become the home of over $30 million in charitable gifts that make an impact on our community every day. What exactly is a community foundation? The Economic Network Alliance meets on the first Thursday of each month at 8AM at the Hampton Inn & Suites, 201 Holiday Drive, Wilmington.
