Economic Network Alliance: Clinton Co. Veterans Service Commission

Join the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce for an in-person Economic Network Alliance on Thursday, September 3rd, featuring a presentation from the Clinton County Veterans Service Commission.  

The Clinton County Veterans Service Commission is a county-level agency mandated by Ohio law to assist veterans and their families in accessing earned federal and local benefits, emergency financial assistance, transportation, and other support services. Ohio is among a small number of states that require this level of veteran support at the county level; in most states, local veteran services are permissive rather than mandated and can vary significantly by county. Beyond these core responsibilities, our goal is to evolve from a primarily reactive agency into a proactive community partner—giving veterans a seat at the broader table while highlighting the leadership, workforce value, community involvement, and significant economic impact they bring to Clinton County.
