Cost: $30.00 per person
**This class is Ohio Department of Health approved and participants will receive a certificate upon completion
to sign up please email cpropes@clincohd.com and include name, name of facility and perferred email to receive certificate. For payment please call 937-382-7251 x4129 to use credit card or come into the Environmental Health office to pay by cash or credit. Payment and sign up must be received by November 6th, 2025. Class size minimum is 5; maximum is 25.
