Free Walk-In A1C Checks

Get your A1C checked at the Clinton County Health District. Diabetes Awareness Month brings you this helpful (FREE) service to check your numbers. November 18th from 1-3pm get checked and find out if you're in the diabetic or pre-diabetic range and it's time to have a converstation with your physician. Stop by to get information on nutrition and exercise to help lower your risk and keep your A1C within an ideal range.
