Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for The Diner

If you "pop-in" at the newly opened eatery you'll find THE DINER in New Vienna filled with nostalgic ambiance. In the freshly revamped dining room, thanks to several of the Minderman family members and friends, the main dining area showcases a Coca-Cola theme including newly painted red walls, Coca-Cola curtains, decals on the chair rails, and memorabilia.

The Grand Opening is Saturday, May 5th. It starts with a ribbon cutting at 11:00 AM and then will be serving a first-rate Hog Roast menu. You can view the murals of old-time New Vienna when Model T's and unpaved streets were the norm. The three acrylic paintings donated to THE DINER were painted in remembrance of Carol, Julia & Lisa Minderman, mother, wife, and sister to Mike Minderman.

Mike Minderman is well-known for his culinary artistic talent. His thirty-five years of experience in the food business alone has given him the know-how to try a wide variety of foods to tease one's taste buds. Also, he bakes a wide variety of flavor-filled pizzas. But brisket from his smoker is his forte. Come in and check the place out.
