Lunch & Learn: Navigating the Turmoil of Turnover
The Chamber is hosting a Lunch & Learn on Thursday, June 29th, 2023, in partnership with Power Skills Consulting to discuss “Navigating the Turmoil of Turnover.” The event is open to the entire business community!
Lunch will be provided and begins at 11:30AM, with the educational presentation running from 12PM to 1PM. The event will be held at The Loft on Main,64 West Main Street (second floor), downtown Wilmington. Fees are $10 per person for Chamber members, and $15 per person for non-members.
The presentation focuses on the challenge of constant turnover within the current workforce, and will ask: Why is there so much turnover? What do your people need? And how do we navigate this?
Guests will walk away with an understanding of the transition in the workplace and what your team needs to stay onboard, as well as tools to plan the route ahead so you can continue to succeed as an organization.
