In 1948, over 30 local and national businesses came together with hundreds of Wilmington College students to build a much-needed dormitory. As a result, Marble Hall was built almost entirely by volunteer student labor, utilizing donated supplies and professional services, a testament to the student body's support of President Sam Marble, a belief in self-help, and the community's support of Wilmington College. Join us to celebrate the dedication of an Ohio Historical Marker commemorating this unique community landmark!
