The director of the Clinton County History Center will be the Clinton County Literacy Foundations guest reader for Read Aloud Monday reading the book Step by Step! Books were graciously donated to the CCLF by the History Center to help educate kids in Black History Month and to show them the power that kids can have to make a change!
