Tracy D. Kelley, APRN, CNP Celebrates Grand Opening in Sabina

SABINA, OH — Tracy D. Kelley, APRN, CNP Direct Primary Care is celebrating a big move with a Mocktail Mixer Open House and Ribbon Cutting at her new Sabina office on Tuesday, June 18, from 5:00–7:00 PM. The community is invited to join the celebration at the new location: 65 N. Howard Street, Sabina, OH.

The event will include refreshments, networking, tours of the new space, and a ceremonial ribbon cutting at 6PM as part of the celebration. Guests will have the opportunity to meet Tracy and learn more about her Direct Primary Care practice, which offers a personalized, accessible, and affordable approach to healthcare.

Tracy D. Kelley is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and proud lifetime resident of Clinton County. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare—including oncology, emergency medicine, neurology, case management, and administration—Tracy brings a holistic and patient-centered approach to her practice.
