The role of the Business Operations Director is to provide planning and  implementation support to the Advisor(s) in the practice and to deliver exceptional, efficient, professional service to  our clients.  



 Assist Senior Financial Advisor with financial planning strategies, implementation, and reviews for clients 

 Manage financial planning software and applications within the practice  

 Run investment proposals and insurance illustrations for new and existing clients  

 Direct and carry out the new business processes within the practice (account opening, transfers, underwriting) 

 Assist in answering incoming calls, processing client service requests, and following up with clients and service  centers to ensure all paperwork and requests are processed  

 Oversee the compliance regulations within the practice  

 Use the firm’s CRM software and other applications to document activities, generate reports, and maintain the  office systems manual  

 Support Senior Financial Advisor with their task lists and facilitate task prioritization and completion 

 This is a full-time in-office position located at the office address listed below  



 Required  

o Uncanny attention to detail and accuracy  

o Extraordinary client service attitude  

o 3+ years of administrative/professional experience  

o Superb organizational ability – structured to create and follow systems  

o Strong Microsoft Office skills (outlook, excel, word, ect.)  

o Ability to learn other software and application tools quickly  

o Self-directed and resourceful  

o Ability to prioritize projects and follow through on projects independently  

o Excellent interpersonal and phone skills  

o Bachelor Degree  

 Preferred  

o Experience and knowledge of financial services industry’s rules and regulations  

o Licenses – Series 7, Series 66, and Ohio Accident & Health, Life, Variable
