Job Description
The licensed Airframe Technician is an exciting opportunity to work with a high profile customer . This position is a member of a specialized team that will accomplish a variety of installations and modifications of avionics hardware and wiring. An expertise with avionics is not a must but some familiarity with avionics is essential. Performs additional duties as assigned.

What you need:
  • High school diploma
  • Effectively speak, read and write in the English language
  • Working knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems
  • Airframe license
  • Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to FAR Part 145 repair station operations
  • Must provide own tools.
Preferred Job Skills:
  • Prior Avionics experience
  • Prior experience at a FAR Part 145 repair station or Military or Mod Facility
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to twist, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl and climb and sustain those positions for an extended period of time
  • Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet
  • Ability to work with arms raised above head and perform repetitive tasks and motions
  • Ability to fit in tight places
  • Ability to work in confined spaces with respiratory equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to precisely manipulate hand tools in a variety of situations
