Job Description
The Unlicensed Airframe Technician is an exciting opportunity to work with a high profile customer . This position is a member of a specialized team that will accomplish a variety of installations and modifications of avionics hardware and wiring. An expertise with avionics is not a must but some familiarity with avionics is essential. Performs additional duties as assigned.

What you need:
High school diploma
Effectively speak, read and write in the English language
Working knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems- Avionics and Electrical
Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to FAR Part 145 repair station operations
Must provide own tools. 
 
Preferred Job Skills:
Prior Avionics experience
Prior experience at a FAR Part 145 repair station or Military or Mod Facility 
 
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to twist, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl and climb and sustain those positions for an extended period of time
Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet
Ability to work with arms raised above head and perform repetitive tasks and motions
Ability to fit in tight places
Ability to work in confined spaces with respiratory equipment
Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
Ability to precisely manipulate hand tools in a variety of situations
