Project Coordinator
Working under supervision of the Team Leader, Customer Experience ,and in conjunction with the Sr Project Coordinator, the Project Coordinator functions primarily as the coordinator of all assigned provisioning service projects and develops the internal plan for executing projects within the Customer Experience area by working with all associated teams within the TIDC. The Project Coordinator will refer escalated problems and issues for management review or approval. The Project Coordinator is the primary liaison between Sales and Services, from discovery to production orders to ensure timely and successful application of services for customer's orders. The Project Coordinator understands the responsibilities of other individuals/departments within the TIDC (Technology Integration and Distribution Center) to establish effective coordination between them and to make sure each is informed about the continuing needs of the Sales team, onboard and design projects and customer SLAs. They will assist members of the Project Management Office (PMO) in coordinating and executing onboarding related activities based on customer needs.
Degree Requirements: Associate's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum years of work experience to qualify for role: 4 years Total years of work experience to be fully proficient: 6 years |
