Project Coordinator

 

Working under supervision of the Team Leader, Customer Experience ,and in conjunction with the Sr Project Coordinator, the Project Coordinator functions primarily as the coordinator of all assigned provisioning service projects and develops the internal plan for executing projects within the Customer Experience area by working with all associated teams within the TIDC. The Project Coordinator will refer escalated problems and issues for management review or approval. The Project Coordinator is the primary liaison between Sales and Services, from discovery to production orders to ensure timely and successful application of services for customer's orders.

The Project Coordinator understands the responsibilities of other individuals/departments within the TIDC (Technology Integration and Distribution Center) to establish effective coordination between them and to make sure each is informed about the continuing needs of the Sales team, onboard and design projects and customer SLAs. They will assist members of the Project Management Office (PMO) in coordinating and executing onboarding related activities based on customer needs. 


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates projects with Technical Services team from discovery to production and provides updates for all pre-production orders in the department.
  • Serves as first point of contact and the liaison between the TIDC and Sales for all onboard and design requests (discovery, costing, RFP). Communicates updates to sales and customers on an ongoing basis.
  • Manages and provides required customer reports by updating documents with key data points as it relates to any Distribution Center based service.
  • Provides updates on all configuration orders to Sales and Sales Operations.
  • Coordinates conference calls overviews on all configuration orders with sales.
  • Works with sales team to problem solve scheduling conflicts.
  • Acts as the direct point of contact for sales, sales operations, and customers to coordinate all business requirements (orders, SLAs, projects, reports, pre and post account management, communication) and manage inquiries and escalations.
  • Works with Distribution Services team and Product Management team on order fulfillment and status updates for all customer orders in configuration lab or at a distribution partner.

Degree Requirements: Associate's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience

Minimum years of work experience to qualify for role: 4 years

Total years of work experience to be fully proficient: 6 years
