General Labor Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.70/hour
Location: Wilmington, OH

General Labor Requirements/Qualifications:
Resume required
Manufacturing experience required
Background check required (no violent felonies or sexual offenses)
6-panel drug screen required
Ability to safely operate a forklift
Ability to maintain accurate paperwork and shipping records
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Steel toe boots, jeans, and T-shirt required

About the General Labor Role
As a General Labor, your responsibilities will include:
Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the facility
Pick, prepare, and ship outbound customer orders accurately
Verify outbound shipments are damage-free and match packing lists
Create and maintain shipping paperwork
Operate an industrial saw to cut product samples as needed
Label and package product samples
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse using 6S workplace organization methods
Follow all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures
Support warehouse and fulfillment operations as needed
Perform additional duties assigned by management
