Maintenance Technician II – Starting at $27/hour
Maintenance Technician III – Starting at $30.50/hour
Maintenance Technician IV – Starting at $35/hour
Schedules: 2/2/3 from 6:45am to 7pm or 6:45pm to 7am (night shift includes a 10% shift differential!)

Core Responsibilities
Ensures production lines and other equipment are maintained and able to run at all times
Assists in developing and prioritizing work orders with Maintenance Manager, Production Supervision and Line Leads
Completes work order requests as defined by Maintenance Manager, Productions Management/Supervision, and/or Operators
Supports workplace organization programs (6S) and production efficiency programs (TPM)
Assists, coaches, and trains operators in daily preventative maintenance (CIL) checks
Supports and assists preventative maintenance process on the shift
Contributes and assists in line commissioning after maintenance/process events
Qualifications
High School Graduate or (GED) preferred
Advanced education and/or certification(s), a plus
Proven experience in working unassisted with & troubleshooting: Electrical, Electronic, Motor Controller Drives, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
Strong background in manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of extrusion process, twin screw setup, blending system a plus
Knowledge of PLC Logic technology, a plus
Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings
Strong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally
Strong mathematical skills; success in planning, executing and managing projects
Certifications & Licenses
Completion of two-year Maintenance Certification course
Will meet qualification & certification requirements established by TimberTech’s Training Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program
Stick and wire welding experience required with structural welding certification, a plus
Forklift experience required with the ability to complete TT Forklift Certification program
