The role of Marketing Representative is to perform Marketing and Advertising functions for all areas of the bank, under the direction of the Project Marketing and Business Development Supervisor. Responsible for the implementation of all the bank's marketing strategies and communications, as well as monitoring advertising and donations.
Job Summary/Essential Functions
- Develop a calendar for monthly sales advertising programs
- Ensure all banks' marketing materials are kept current, within legal requirements, and properly displayed in our banking lobby
- Plans, organizes, and directs marketing for all branches, including advertising, promotional campaigns, community involvement, and new product introductions
- Manages and monitors the bank's social media sites
- Monitors advertising, marketing, and donations budget
- Manage, monitor, and report on all product promotional and or officer sales programs
- Submits proposed advertisements to Compliance for review
- Works diligently with local newspapers, radio, and billboard companies to market and advertise at appropriate times
- Participates and is a member of the New Branch Committee to ensure proper marketing efforts are being made when opening new locations
- Other duties as assigned

- Minimum two years of marketing experience
