Position:            Planner/Marketing

Supervisor:            CEO

Qualfications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Planning or related field preferred.  High School     Diploma or GED required.  

  • Ability to communicate and coordinating efforts with agency staff, funding sources and the public.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Able to write professional narratives and grant proposals.

  • Must be detail oriented, ability to complete reports and all paperwork efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Work well independently and as a team member cooperating with other staff, general public, customers and vendors.

  • Able to work with little direct supervision but can accept supervision and direction in a positive attitude.

  • Ability to analyze situations and to exercise independent and decisive judgements.

     

Duties:    

  • Review and work to submit proposals to identified entities to acquire resources for agency mission.

  • Maintain agencies website and Facebook page to market the organizations programs and business services.

  • Develop/assist with marketing initiatives such as newsletters, brochures, etc.

  • Ability to communicate and coordinating efforts with agency staff, funding sources and the public.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Able to write professional narratives and grant proposals.

  • Develop strategies for enhancing organization revenues.

  • Expected to consistently meet Agency and funding deadlines.

  • Assist with community outreach for all programs.

  • Assist with the organization’s Results Oriented Management Assessment (ROMA) process and reporting.  Including community assessment, strategic plan, planning, evaluating and reporting

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
