RoofX isn’t looking for quote-runners. We are building a team of professional closers who can confidently lead homeowners through clear decisions and close cleanly at the table.

We sell roofs. We protect homes, reputations, and paychecks.

We are actively hiring 4–8 advisors to support growing demand. Positions are limited.

What This Role Is
This is a retail, in-home closing role. You will:

• Conduct roof inspections

• Present Good / Better / Best options

• Simplify decisions and create ethical urgency

• Ask confidently for the sale
  Most deals close on the first visit. Follow-up is structured and tracked.

• Consistent application of coaching

Qualifications

• 1+ year of in-home or outside sales experience (roofing, solar, HVAC, home improvement preferred)

• Comfortable on roofs and job sites

• Confident in financial conversations

• Coachable, accountable, and process-driven
