Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Skilled Production Associate.

Skilled Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00–$23.00/hr
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Skilled Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
Previous experience in carpentry, automotive mechanics, plumbing, metal fabrication, or electrical work preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn new skills and participate in hands-on training.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred.
Familiarity with saws, drills, screw guns, hammers, and measuring tools is a plus.
Welding or metal fabrication experience is beneficial but not required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred but not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to distinguish between unfinished and completed work.
Willingness to learn forklift operation as needed.
Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly and occasionally lift heavier materials.
Comfortable bending, walking, pushing, stretching, squatting, and kneeling.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn multiple production disciplines.

About the Skilled Production Associate Role
As a Skilled Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Perform hands-on production, assembly, and fabrication tasks.
Assist with carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical projects as assigned.
Operate hand tools and power tools to complete manufacturing tasks.
Measure, cut, assemble, and modify materials according to project requirements.
Assist with metal fabrication and welding tasks based on experience and training.
Assemble components and materials to meet production specifications.
Identify production challenges and help develop practical solutions.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
Follow instructions, measurements, and project specifications.
Collaborate with team members from different production departments.
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and structural issues.
Learn additional manufacturing techniques and equipment operations.
Operate forklifts when properly trained and authorized.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow established safety procedures when operating tools and equipment.
Complete additional production and fabrication responsibilities as assigned.
