About Us

We are a homegrown housing community located at 380 Central Avenue in Sabina. Our 51-unit family housing community has been serving residents since 1975. It is locally owned and self-managed by Clinton East, LLC.

We work closely with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development to ensure that our homes are affordable, safe, and clean for everyone in our community. Access to good housing is really important, especially in rural areas like ours. Our partnership with the USDA helps us maintain this vital resource, giving hardworking families a place they can call home. This stability not only helps our residents but also supports the local economy and community.
