Mobile Vaccination Unit
Clinton County Community Action is partnering with the Ohio Department of Health to bring a Mobile Vaccination Unit to the area. The Mobile Unit will be providing services to include adult and pediatric COVID-19 vaccination and boosters for age 3+, personal protective equipment (PPE), COVID-19 test kits, and CORE-4 Screening Services for age 18+. The CORE-4 Screenings include A1C, Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index, and Cholesterol Test). The units will be fully staffed and wheelchair accessible. No appointment is necessary for the COVID-10 vaccines but pre-registering is encouraged by visiting: https://gettheshot.coronavirus. ohio.gov/ Core-4 Screenings are walk-in only.
The Mobile Unit will be located at the Community Action office at 789 N. Nelson Avenue, Wilmington from 10:30 – 1:30 on October 28, 2022.
In conjunction with this a Fall Festival lunch event will be provided at the Aging Up Facility located at 717 N. Nelson Avenue at 12:00 noon. There will be lunch, games and a 50/50 drawing. Please RSVP for lunch by October 25th by calling 937-382-8365.
