Women's Self-Protection Seminar

Simple, strait forward, direct, and effective. This 4-hour workshop helps you develop the Knowledge Skills and Attitudes (KSA) you need to recognize a bad situation before it gets bad, avoid it when possible, and protect yourself with the right amount of force in order to accomplish four things;

1) Make sure that you make it through the situation safely
2) Make sure that the people you care about make it through the situation safely
3) Avoid doing something illegal in the process
4) Avoid doing something that will result in you being sued and loosing the civil lawsuit

Learn what actual patterns of violence look like whether stranger, acquaintance, or intimate partner, how to predict and detect them, and how to stay safe physically and emotionally.

This workshop is intended for participants ages 14 and above. This is NOT a martial arts class. This is a realistic training with skills the are effective in a crisis. The skills taught do not depend upon size, strength, or a black belt in some funny sounding something or another. Attendance for this workshop is capped at 20 to insure the best learning experience for all of the participants, so, register early to insured your spot.

The full cost of the 4-hr workshop is $120.

Option 1) Pre-registration (Drops the price to $80 (1/3 off the full price). Must be done on or by 01/06/2017)

Option 2) $50 Deposit (Drops the price to $100 ($20 off regular price). Must be done on or by 01/06/2017 with the balance paid at the door)

Option 3) Pay at the door (Regular price paid on the day of the workshop.)
