Crown Staffing is hiring an Industrial Mechanic in Wilmington, Ohio.
Pay: $17–$20/hour, DOE

Position Overview
Join a dynamic team maintaining and repairing industrial machinery to keep operations running efficiently. We’re looking for a skilled Mechanic who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and handle a variety of mechanical and electrical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
-Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
-Maintain and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and battery-operated equipment
-Perform welding (arc, MIG, acetylene) as needed
-Change tires and wheels on light and heavy-duty vehicles
-Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
-Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records

Qualifications
-Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience
-Welding experience a plus
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-Ability to work independently and safely
