Crown Staffing is hiring: Assembly Worker – Wilmington, OH
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $17/hr

Crown Staffing is looking for a reliable Assembly Worker to join our Wilmington team. This hands-on role involves assembling various products and components into finished goods while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform any required setup activities for assembly
-Position and align components for assembly
-Assemble fabricated or purchased parts into subassemblies and finished products according to a bill of materials
-Operate hand tools and air tools to assist in assembly; additional tool operation may be required
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations
-Follow instructions from supervisors and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
-High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Ability to meet quality and production standards set by the department
-Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduled
-Ability and willingness to learn new processes as needed
-Comfortable working in a team-centered environment
-Ability to read and follow simple instructions, written or verbal
-Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
-Ability to read basic tape measures and simple blueprints

Work Environment:
-Hands-on work in a manufacturing setting
-Physically capable of standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks as required
