Now Hiring: Call Center Representative – Wilmington, OH

Crown Staffing is hiring a Call Center Representative in Wilmington, OH. If you have strong computer skills (Excel), excellent customer service abilities, and a dependable work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Dispatch service technicians for installation, service, and repairs of powered conveyor systems and facility equipment.
Review work orders and schedule jobs based on urgency.
Communicate with technicians regarding job details and status updates.
Accurately document repairs, installations, and service notes.
Ensure professional communication with both customers and clients to ensure job completion.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn work order management software.
Preferred Skills:
Previous customer service or dispatch experience is a plus.
