Position Details:

Location: Wilmington, OH
Shift: Various shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)
Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
-Clean and sanitize industrial facilities, including restrooms, common areas, and production floors.
-Sweep, mop, and scrub floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents.
-Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
-Clean and disinfect surfaces, including walls, windows, and equipment, in high-traffic areas.
-Remove trash and recyclables from work areas and properly dispose of waste.
-Maintain cleanliness of warehouses, production lines, and storage areas.
-Report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
-Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
-Previous industrial cleaning or custodial experience preferred but not required.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
-Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.
-Good communication skills and reliability.
