General Laborer - Field Assembler
Field Assembler – Wilmington, OH
Pay: $17–$18/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Crown Staffing is hiring Field Assemblers to assist with the construction of grain bins and grain storage structures. This role is ideal for individuals with a construction background who are comfortable with physically demanding work.
Responsibilities:

Bolt together and assemble large grain storage structures

Perform manual lifting of materials, typically up to 50 lbs continuously, and occasionally up to 100 lbs

Operate equipment and forklifts as needed to assist with heavier lifting
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:

Construction or assembly experience preferred

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely

Strong work ethic and reliability
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
