Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks (repairs, painting, landscaping, etc.)

Inspect and maintain property systems and equipment

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems (experience a plus)

Perform plumbing and electrical repairs as needed
-
Ensure safety and cleanliness of all common areas and workspaces

Assist with seasonal property preparations (snow removal, lawn care, etc.)

Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
-
Document completed work and report any larger issues to management
Requirements:
-
Prior maintenance experience preferred
-
HVAC experience a plus

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail

Reliable and punctual
